A dozen or so PETA demonstrators stood outside Chicago’s Navy Pier on Saturday, October 10, 2026, calling out cruelty to chickens. Inside a group was holding Tender Fest, a festival celebrating the consumption of chicken tenders. Here are my thoughts about and images from the demonstration.
