The United Nations General Assembly held its 81st annual session this week. Not surprisingly, the meeting attracted a number of groups who wanted to address issues facing those who remained in their ancestral homelands. I was fortunate enough to be in New York City to attend several of those demonstrations. Here are my thoughts about and images about what transpired.
