Unresolved
The Year 2016 is now resolved, with 2017 entirely unresolved. Lots of New Year's resolutions remain unresolved.
After a long night of debauchery, couples have commandeered the lakefront pathways. Many woke in a groggy haze of sunshine. Someone fixed scrambled eggs and coffee while the other one stood under a spray of soothing hot water. And then just past noon, it was time to get some air.
